the intunition practice

Guided by Lia Haraki

A workshop coming up in the summer, dates will be announced soon

Moving from side to side

from now to now

in a forever changing moment

allowing consciousness

to perform itself

in a dance without an ego

of a body without a mind

which tunes into whatever is

with no judgement

IntuNition is a physical Ritual and Practice. The practice is based on tuning into your intuition and embodying it. By aligning with the heart organ and connecting to your present state of being, you gradually begin to move from side to side allowing the movements to flow through repetition and variation.

The body in the ‘IntuNition’ practice is treated as a vessel of information and knowledge which is whole and complete, and during the practice, it is manifesting itself as movement energy in space and time in a continuous momentum.

summer dates will be announce soon
