VESSEL

VESSEL is a durational, audible experience of sound pieces in the style of mantras,

intended to contribute to the well-being, inner beauty, and emotional and mental

balance of the listener. The sound pieces, made by the artist Lia Haraki to the sound of

sound designer Yiannis Christofides, use what Lia terms ‘repetitive poetry’, and are

made with transformative sound frequencies. The pieces are heard in a safe space

which acts as a listening room, filled with comfortable bean bags, and audience

members are invited to stay in the space for as long as they desire. Through the artist’s

performance of live vocals and her caring energy, VESSEL becomes an offering for the

listener to enjoy several energetic states of their inner universe,

away from today’s busy

lives.
