Through nine weekly online sessions held throughout three months, including some weeks off to process the content. The sessions will be held on Zoom and last three hours, including a fifteen minute break. During each session, we will focus on a specific topic and explore it through physical / somatic practices, task based actions and exercises, and discussions in pairs, groups, and on our own. After each session, you will have much to think about, practice, and develop in your own time.

By signing up for the online group coaching, you will gain access to all sessions and enjoy the full benefits of the complete onion method. A few days before the workshop, you will be sent a booklet with information and descriptions for each session and what you will need to have in your space when participating.

An extra one-on-one session is given to each participant after the coaching finishes, where Lia and the participant focus on specific projects or elements of their work.

The investment is 500 euros (Including VAT ) for all nine online group coaching sessions and the extra one-on-one session. Early bird tickets are available at 430 euros (Including VAT ) until April 10th .

Spaces are limited (8 maximum) and bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Your space will be secured once you make the payment.

Cancelation Policy

The fee will be returned if you cancel before Αpril 15th. However, if you cancel after this date, the fee will not be returned.

Υou can join the group coaching once you have made the payment. During the payment process, you will be asked to complete a form with your email address. We will then send you a confirmation.
