The Onion Coaching for living authentically

Change your story, align with your truth

Life is a creative process where even though you do not always get to choose the role you play in it, you can still become aware and conscious of your desires, your needs and wants, and reclaim the role of the captain of your journey. Transforming your life and changing the story is not an easy journey, but once you decide to live from a place of your own truth, there is no turning back to performing living.

Working with me, I will support you in remembering who you are at your essence and core and guide you to take responsibility for feeling and owning the complexity of your human experience. This process which I call The Onion was founded on a simple yet radical premise: transformation begins not by adding more, but by undoing. Through a gradual process of peeling away habits, expectations, identities, and inherited narratives, what is already present will reveal itself. Authenticity will not be developed; it will be uncovered and become the place from which you can connect to others and the world.

Remember you are the creator of your reality and the captain of your life journey , so switching from living life to loving living is a choice away.
