Rituals and practices of listening and sharing

The workshop 'Vesseling and Channeling' concerns the internal and external processes that the individual goes through during creation. Specifically, Lia uses the word Vesseling to describe the inner processes of care and nurturing of the creator's self and the word Channeling to describe how the creator chooses to externalize, transfer, and communicate his creative world to others. The workshop is also suitable for individuals who want to enrich their practices of self-care and explore ways they can communicate without losing their centre.

 

What are you a vessel of?

  • During the workshop, participants explore practices , rituals and ways to listen and meet their inner needs during creation and conscious ways of externalizing and sharing their creative universe with the world. In addition, they will explore the relationship between their bodies' mental, emotional, and physical sides and the balance between them through voice, movement, meditation techniques, discussion, and writing.

  • Artists, creators and any individual interested in rituals of care, nourishment, listening, and tuning in to their own creative source, and how to remain in connection when communicating with others.
