IntuNition
Physical Practice
IntuNition is an energizing physical practice and ritual based on tuning into intuition and embodying it. By aligning with the heart organ and connecting to your present state of being, you gradually begin to move from side to side, allowing the movements to flow through repetition and variation. The body in the ‘IntuNition’ practice is treated as a vessel of information and knowledge, which is whole and complete, and during the practice, it manifests itself as movement energy in space and time in a continuous momentum.
“Moving from side to side
from now to now
in a forever changing moment
allowing consciousness
to perform itself
in a dance without an ego
of a body without a mind
which tunes into whatever is
with no judgement”

IntuNition is a physical practice that aims to embody and somatically manifest intuition. As Intuition is the ability to know without conscious reasoning, the body in the IntuNition practice is treated as a vessel of already existing information, with the practitioner opening themselves to a world of endless expressive possibilities. Specifically, the practice, often called a ritual, is about effortlessly following the flow of movement and tracing its transformation as it evolves in time and space through the elements of repetition and variation. The practitioner is alert to the impulses coming from their mental, emotional, physical, or energetic bodies so that they can embody whichever is more present at every moment of movement. The IntuNition practice can be a transformative experience as the practitioner transitions from state to state, from emotion to emotion, from idea to idea, and from energy to energy in a constant variation of all these elements.
