Presentation and public speaking
These coaching sessions are for professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs, and anyone performing to an audience (of clients, collaborators or spectators), who want to become confident and at ease with making any kind of presentation or interview, and get better in their communication skills, in various settings (offices, conference rooms or on stage).
In an era where our presence and our words are vitally significant, both in the digital and in the physical world, it is vital to transfer and communicate our message with ease, confidence and professionalism to our interested audience.
Very often presentations seem intimidating and challenging and we often feel shy, our bodies shrink, and our voices tremble or even disappear. The coaching will support you in being on the same page with the information you want to communicate and do justice to it, when presenting it to others.
“Working with Lia was an eye opening experience. I gained so much clarity and confidence in a safe, supportive, and explorative space where I felt deeply connected to my body, and voice. Lia introduced me to creative tools and techniques that helped me prepare for a public speaking event, and I especially loved working on the performative aspects: voice, presence, and body language.

Lia holds space with so much care and precision. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to step into their voice and power.”— Helene Ioannides ( Systemic therapist, Leadership and Authenticity coach)
“I loved my sessions with Lia.
An accomplished performer herself, Lia knows what produces a quality performance and knows how to develop that in others. I am really grateful to my friend Dimis Michaelides for recommending her to me. He knew I wanted to take my performance poetry to the next level, and I did exactly that with Lia’s coaching.
She brings warmth and acceptance, which feels very empowering. I felt understood and safe, able to share my concerns, relating both to content and delivery, and find solutions with her.Observing me with a loving eye, she was able to pinpoint what reduced the authenticity in my body language, a matter that had troubled me for years.
