THE HEAR AND NOW SESSION

A 90 minute one time power session

 

I will listen to what is occupying your mind (in relation to your work of life experience) and offer guidance and some clarity in a one time power session

Working with numerous creative processes as an artist , mentoring hundreds of creatives and teaching students at uni for many years, I feel like home when taking and advising on issues related to creativity. Many times people just need one session to clarify things in their work and not a whole coaching programme. This is the reason I opened this opportunity to meet with you in a one time power session.

So this is a one off 90’ session where I will support you in any issues you might be dealing with in your creative process by responding with pieces of advice, exercises, tips, and practices depending on what we both feel will be beneficial for you at the present moment.

The session works better if you come with specific issues, questions or requests about your creative process of working or your creative process of living.

Examples of things I could help you with are:

  • Clarifying what your artistic / creative universe needs so it can be released, expressed and grow

  • Offer techniques to unblock your creativity

  • Suggest daily practices to support your process

  • Offer practices for tuning into your creative source

  • Offer a dialogue about any issue related to the creative process.

This session is for you if you feel any of the following:

  • — I would like to connect with you, but I don’t necessarily feel like joining one of the coaching programmes you offer.

  • — I feel like Ι want a converstation about a specific issue or issues that occupy my mind in terms or my creative work.

  • — I have specific questions about my creative process of living or working
