Transformation and Creation go hand in hand - why i do what i do
‘There is no real creative growth without a personal one, there is no real personal growth without creating one’

Being an artist all of my life, I thought I was an expert in working within creative processes, until I realized that life itself is a creative process, and then I felt like an amateur………until I didn’t.
I began treating life as an ongoing creative process where we humans get to navigate through the challenges, deal with the blockages, make constant choices, negotiate with others, and keep functioning within the realities we ourselves have partly created.
Nevertheless, moments arise when we have a strong pull to shift our realities by desiring a new version of ourselves, and two interrelated concepts and practices emerge: Transformation and Creation. Transformation as the process of shifting one’s perspective of reality, and Creation as the process of creating a new reality.
Transformation happens when we decide to become conscious of who we want to be being (becoming), and go into a not-so-pleasant process of unlayering and letting go of everything that does not serve us anymore. It is a process of subtracting and shedding that happens in several stages, can be very challenging, and at the same time extremely cathartic. Creation, on the other hand, is the opportunity we are given through the wonder of being alive to choose and create every new thought and action to eventually find ourselves living from a conscious, authentic, and joyous place that feels like home. It a process of adding.
Through my practices, ways, and tools created through years of experience in creative processes and making works for the stage, I made programmes that support both creatives who are working with any creative medium to clarify and articulate their practices, and everyone wishing to go into a creative process of becoming who they desire.
In general, individuals who work with me in either the creative process of making or becoming tend to share a common desire: to open up to discovering, enjoying, and embodying their uniqueness.
